David Tash, ms finance

David brings 15+years of experience in the grant world to Ezra Grant Services. During his tenure at the New York City Fire Department (FDNY), he became their youngest instructor and project managed many grant funded programs, including those from FEMA, DHS, NYSDOH, and FDNY's Center for Terrorism and Disaster Preparedness. Today, as a co-leader of Ezra Grant Services, he guides a team dedicated to helping organizations reach their full potential.

Alejandra brings extensive experience in business administration to Ezra Grants, having worked for notable organizations such as Oberon Media, The World Trade Center, JP. Morgan Chase in their Risk Management Department and Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in NYC. With over a decade of expertise as a Marketing Executive and Chief Operating Administrator, she passionately guides the Ezra Grants team towards fulfilling their mission of securing vital funding to enable organizations to flourish.

    David Tash, with a Master of Science in Finance and over 15 years of experience in grant proposal development and management, is the driving force behind Ezra Grant Services. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he combines his expertise in finance with a passion for helping organizations navigate the complexities of securing funding. Under his leadership, the firm is dedicated to serving as an efficient outsourced grants department, empowering clients in New York City, Los Angeles, and Texas to achieve their funding objectives effectively.

    FOUNDER / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Alejandra holds a Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business Administration and Marketing. As the founder of Ezra Grant Services, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing all administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across the firm. Her strategic mindset and extensive background in business equip her to lead the team effectively, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes client success.

Her strategic mindset and collaborative spirit drive our success, allowing us to deliver tailored solutions for each project.

    As the head of Ezra Grant Services' financial operations, Andy leverages his Business Administration degree to provide expert leadership. He directs a skilled team in conducting thorough audits, guaranteeing both efficiency and regulatory compliance. His meticulous analysis of budget reports ensures sound financial management

Our Story

David, the "policy guy," and Alejandra, the "administration queen," have a unique story that began in the bustling city of New York. As a child, David developed a fascination with reading every manufacturer manual to understand the intricacies of every appliance his mother brought home. This curiosity led him to a lifelong passion for learning and mastering the "how."

Alejandra, on the other hand, was groomed for a career in business from a young age. She began working in the corporate world at the tender age of 14, gaining valuable management experience at JP Morgan Chase's risk management department in NYC. This early exposure solidified her love for business management, which she further honed through internships at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital's risk management department while earning her degree.

After relocating to Texas, David and Alejandra embarked on a journey to learn as much as they could about the world of grants, contract management, and administration. David transferred his skills to Grayson College, where he worked under the mentorship of a renowned grant administrator. Alejandra, with her 10+ years of office management experience, became a visionary in implementing policy and structure within organizations. Driven by their passion for empowering others, David and Alejandra founded Ezra Grant Services, a helping hand to fund your vision.

They conduct thorough research to identify the potential grant resources, analyze eligibility criteria, in order to develop compelling grant proposals that effectively communicate the organization's needs and goals.

  • Our grant writers are professionals who specialize in writing proposals to secure funding for organizations, Their primary goal is to effectively communicate the project's goals, impact, and budget to potential funders to increase the chances of receiving a grant.

  • Our support staff provide administrative and operational assistance to the consulting team. This may involve tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing grant applications, managing databases, conducting research, and coordinating with clients and funders. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm, freeing up consultants to focus on providing expert grant writing and consulting services.
