OF OUR JOURNEY

David, the "policy guy," and Alejandra, the "administration queen," have a unique story that began in the bustling city of New York. As a child, David developed a fascination with understanding the intricacies of every appliance his mother brought home. This curiosity led him to a lifelong passion for learning and mastering the "how."

Alejandra, on the other hand, was groomed for a career in business from a young age. She began working in the corporate world at the tender age of 14, gaining valuable management experience at JP Morgan Chase's risk management department. This early exposure solidified her love for business management, which she further honed through internships at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital's risk management department while earning her degree.

After marrying, David and Alejandra embarked on a journey to learn as much as they could about the world of grants, contract management, and administration. David transferred his skills to Grayson College, where he worked under the mentorship of a renowned grant administrator. Alejandra, with her 10+ years of office management experience, became a visionary in implementing policy and structure within organizations.

Driven by their passion for empowering people, David and Alejandra founded Ezra Grant Services.
